What we clear
Whole garages, basements, houses and estates. Construction and renovation debris: drywall, lumber, tile, concrete, dirt, soil. Heavy items: hot tubs, pianos, above-ground pools, sheds, pool tables, treadmills. Old furniture by the roomful. Appliances (fridges, washers, stoves, AC units). Office and retail clear-outs. Tenant turnovers.

How our pricing works
We quote an all-in price up front: labour, disposal, recycling, sweep-up, confirmed on site before we start. No fuel charges. No weight surprises. No environmental add-ons.

Recycling and donation
Roughly 60% of what we clear is donated, recycled or reused. Working appliances and gently used furniture go to local charities and shelters. Metal, electronics, mattresses, and construction materials go to certified recyclers. Only what's truly unusable ends up at a transfer station.
