A modern fridge weighs 250+ lbs and holds refrigerant that's illegal to landfill. Washers and dryers need to be disconnected from plumbing and venting. Hot tubs are 700–900 lbs and hard-wired to 240V. Most homeowners across the GTA don't have the equipment, the truck, or the day off to handle it. We do.
