How Our Piano & Heavy Item Removal Process Works
You start by showing us what needs to go, either with photos or by walking our crew through the space. We give you a free quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Our crew then lifts, carries and loads every accepted item onto the truck, hauls the load away and gives the work area a basic sweep-up. Back at our facility partners, items are sorted for recycling or donation wherever possible.
For heavy items, we assess the weight and route in advance, dismantle where possible and use dollies and straps to control every step.

Responsible Disposal, Recycling and Donation
